College Financial Aid Program JFSA awards need-based grants, interest free loans and scholarships for Jewish students in Greater Cleveland. Awards are available to both full and part-time students. Students are awarded up to a maximum of $4,000 per academic year in the form of loans and grants based on the total applicant pool, total need and total available funds.
To be eligible for consideration for aid, a family's income should not exceed $100,000 annually. Exceptions to this rule are made in unique circumstances. Funds are distributed each August for the fall term. Students can apply once a year.
Scholarships are available for fall distribution only. To receive an application for aid, information about eligibility guidelines or to find out more about specific scholarship criteria, contact Toby Bresky, Manager of College Financial Aid Program at 216.378.3429.
A $40.00 non-refundable fee must accompany the application.

Funds for loans and grants come primarily from the Mortimer Weisberg Fund of the endowment fund of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and previous students' loan repayments. |
